{"id":112981,"date":"2018-09-21T12:00:16","date_gmt":"2018-09-21T10:00:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gastrade.gr\/2018\/09\/21\/Invitation-for-Expression-of-Interest-EOI-for-the-Engineering-Procurement-Construction-and-Installation-of-the-Natural-Gas-Pipeline-20220524\/"},"modified":"2018-09-21T12:00:16","modified_gmt":"2018-09-21T10:00:16","slug":"Invitation-for-Expression-of-Interest-EOI-for-the-Engineering-Procurement-Construction-and-Installation-of-the-Natural-Gas-Pipeline-20220524","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gastrade.gr\/en\/2018\/09\/21\/Invitation-for-Expression-of-Interest-EOI-for-the-Engineering-Procurement-Construction-and-Installation-of-the-Natural-Gas-Pipeline-20220524\/","title":{"rendered":"Invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation of the Natural Gas Pipeline"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation of the Natural Gas Pipeline for the Alexandroupolis Independent Natural Gas System (Alexandroupolis INGS) Project<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Project is being developed by the Greek utility company GASTRADE S.A. and comprises an offshore floating, storage and regasification unit (&#8220;<strong>FSRU<\/strong>&#8220;) for the reception, storage and re-gasification of LNG, a mooring and a system of a subsea and onshore gas transmission pipelines, through which natural gas will be delivered to the Greek National Natural Gas Transmission System (&#8220;<strong>NNGTS<\/strong>&#8220;) and onwards to the final consumers.<\/p>\n<p>The FSRU will be located in the sea of Thrace, 17.6 km SW of the town of Alexandroupolis in NE Greece at an offshore distance of approximately 5.4 n.m. (10 km) from the nearest shore.
