{"id":113895,"date":"2023-10-05T16:17:20","date_gmt":"2023-10-05T14:17:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gastrade.gr\/?p=113895"},"modified":"2023-10-06T14:30:27","modified_gmt":"2023-10-06T12:30:27","slug":"invitation-to-tender-itt-for-the-provision-of-delay-in-start-up-insurance-for-the-alexandroupolis-independent-natural-gas-system-alexandroupolis-ings-project","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gastrade.gr\/en\/2023\/10\/05\/invitation-to-tender-itt-for-the-provision-of-delay-in-start-up-insurance-for-the-alexandroupolis-independent-natural-gas-system-alexandroupolis-ings-project\/","title":{"rendered":"Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the provision of Delay in Start-Up Insurance for the Alexandroupolis Independent Natural Gas System (Alexandroupolis INGS) Project"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the provision of Delay in Start-Up Insurance for the Alexandroupolis Independent Natural Gas System (Alexandroupolis INGS) Project: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Project is being developed by the Greek utility company GASTRADE S.A. and comprises an offshore floating, storage and regasification unit (\u201c<strong>FSRU<\/strong>\u201d) for the reception, temporary storage and regasification of LNG, a spread mooring system and a system of a HP subsea and onshore gas transmission pipelines, through which natural gas will be delivered to the Greek Transmission System (\u201c<strong>NNGTS<\/strong>\u201d) and onwards to the final consumers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The FSRU will be located in the sea of Thrace, 17.6 km SW of the town of Alexandroupolis in NE Greece at an offshore distance of approximately 5.4 n.m. (10 km) from the nearest shore. The 30\u2019\u2019 gas pipeline will consist of an approximately 24km subsea section and a 4km onshore section and will be connecting the FSRU to the NNGTS near the village of Amphitriti, 5.5km NE of Alexandroupolis.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Project is financed through own resources with co-financing from public funds.
