Documents in Public Consultation<\/a><\/strong> – An Interconnected Systems Agreement at the Entry Point of National Natural Transmission Gas System, \u201cAmfitriti\u201d is to be concluded between DESFA S.A. and GASTRADE S.A., which will be effective as of the date when the commercial operation that will be agreed by both sides of the said Point. The Interconnected Systems Agreement will: a) secure the safe, reliable and effective operation of the connected systems, transmission and independent; b) promote the development of a competitive and liquid Natural Gas market, c) determine the conditions for coordinated operation of the connected systems, transmission and independent d) establish data\/information exchange and guarantee the bilateral collaboration of the contracting parties. The business rules and provisions dealing with the exceptional events, related to the Natural Gas transmission through the Entry Point of NNGTS \u201cAmfitriti\u201d are included in this Interconnected Systems Agreement. GASTRADE presents for public consultation the above business rules<\/a><\/strong>, namely the confirmation\/matching and the allocation procedures of the quantities at Entry Point of NNGTS \u201cAmfitriti\u201d, as well as the provisions dealing with exceptional events. This consultation is intended to collect views from all parties interested in transmitting natural gas through Entry Point of NNGTS, \u201cAmfitriti\u201d. GASTRADE invites all interested parties to provide comments on the above procedures between 20 November 2023 17:00 Local Time until 20 December 2023 23:59 Local Time. Please follow the guidelines as specifically described in the text Interconnected Systems Agreement Public Consultation Guidelines<\/a><\/strong> and use the Response Template<\/a><\/strong> for submitting your comments. The filled in Response Template should be submitted in English language to the following e-mail: info@gastrade.gr<\/a> with the subject title \u201cInterconnected Systems Agreement at the Entry Point of NNGTS, \u201cAmfitriti\u201d consultation process \/ COMMENTS\u201d.
