Award of the Front End Engineering Design (FEED) for the LNG Alexandroupolis project

Gastrade S.A. announces the award of the Front End Engineering Design (FEED) for the LNG Alexandroupolis project to Wood Group.
This study is key to the process of reaching the Final Investment Decision for the project, planned for late 2017.
The study is partially funded by the European Commission through the “Connecting Europe Facility – CEF” funding tool which applies to Projects of European Common Interest (PCI), that is projects of high priority both for the host country and for the European Union, whose operation contributes to the energy security and the uninterruptible natural gas supply of the E.U.
According to the time schedule, the study is estimated to be completed within 3rd quarter 2017.
