Become a Terminal User

Any party interested in reserving capacity at the Alexandroupolis LNG Terminal should express their interest by contacting the Commercial Team. Parties wishing to reserve long-term capacity must sign a Terminal Use Agreement (TUA) with Gastrade. Parties wishing to reserve capacity for a spot cargo must sign a Spot Cargo Agreement (SCA). A prerequisite for signing any agreement is the completion of Gastrade’s KYC process.

  1. Express Your Interest

    Complete and submit the contact form to reach the Commercial Team. Alternatively, send an email directly to CommercialOps@gastrade.gr.

  2. Know-Your-Client (KYC)

    Gastrade conducts KYC evaluation.

  3. Sign the Applicable Agreement

    KYC approved parties execute a TUA for long-term capacity, or an SCA for spot cargoes, together with any applicable supplementary agreements and financial securities.

  4. Access TUTPS

    Registered Terminal Users gain access to the TUTPS platform to manage nominations, scheduling, and capacity transactions.

Regulatory Framework

The Alexandroupolis INGS strictly complies with Greek and European legislation and operates under a regulatory exemption framework approved by the Regulatory Authority for Energy, Waste and Water (RAAEY).
The Terminal Access Code (TAC) and the Tariff Code define the conditions for access to the Terminal, the rights and obligations of Terminal Users, and the approved tariff methodology. Both documents, as well as any amendments thereto, are subject to the RAAEY’s approval.
